Just finished putting on a new set of Torklift camper anchors over a few cold ones. For once something I bought fits like it should, had good instructions and seems well made too. #ad

These anchors bolt to the frame and have a slide in section that you pin in place for camper duty. When the camper comes off so do all the ugly brackets too, much nicer than the permanantly mounted systems I've seen.

2001 black dually,4x4, 6 speed H. O. ,loaded up. Lighted running boards, toolbox, solor visor, mag hytec cover, rhino lined, diamond tread rail protectors, mud flaps with genos chrome plates, megs exhaust tip, VDO vision series pillar mounted pyro & boost gauges, rerouted blowby bottle, torklift class 5 double tube hitch. Rippin' through the gears with a smile on my face... no more auto for me!

I have used the Tork Lift camper mounts on 2 Dodge 3500s so far with a Lance 1130 camper. I also use the Happi-Jack spring loaded turnbuckles with these mounts to make sure there is some give when I encounter extreme situations.
These mounts really work great, but a thick rubber mat in the bed will limit camper movement more than anything else.

I just bought a Bigfoot 3000 slide in camper (roughly 4000lbs) and carried it home with the Happicrap camper tidowns and stabilizer bar. The present setup cost a great deal of money and is extremely flimsey at best. The stabilizer bar is a pain in the a$$ to dodge during install/removal of the camper and the front brackets bend back and touch the paint on the box after tightening up the turnbuckles the specified 1/4". Though no damage resulted, I can tell that I would loose paint on a long trip. The rear setup relies on the flimsey Dodge Bumper for security-still another mistake.

O. k. I want the Torklift tiedowns now. Happijak's go in the garbage. Should I purchase the spring-loaded tiedowns or get the rigid tiedowns and use the Happijack spring-loaded turnbuckles? Do the Torklift tiedowns mount to the factory receiver (they claim that they easily mount to the Torklift receivers)? Where do I buy these things? If I add nerf bars in the future will the front torklift's interfere? Thanks in advance,

Dresslered, see the link in DUNE RACER's post above.

Torklift makes very high quality towing and hauling products. Several friends of mine have their camper tie-downs as well as their Super Hitch... they wouldn't trade them for anything.

Just wanted to give an update: Though the topic does not seem to show a great deal of interest, I have been literally flooded with emails of extremely satisfied users of the Torklift products (both by TDR and non-TDR members). Many have mentioned instances where the Happijak's have actually caused problems with their camper applications. Thanks to all,
