Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) torque converter ???

i just picked up a torque convter for my 99 and im trying to figure out what brand it is. on the billet front there is FC stamped in the machined area and the next machined area has an S stamped in it and there is a stamp on the back of a horse head. anyone know what it is?
