2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Torque curve vs. RPMs

Where can I find a torque curve vs. RPMs chart for my 97' 2500 with a 12 valve Cummins, 4-spd automatic and a 3. 54:1 rear end? I pull a 5th wheel and often wonder what the the best RPM to run to produce the best torque, but can't find anything about this in my owner's manual. Also, what is the typical maximun torque for the 97'? Is the torque vs. RPM the same for all gears? Thanks
