Has anyone who runs the Bully Dog- Torque Dog 01 had this problem? It seems as though when I first drive the truck it is in sleep mode. After I punch the throttle a few times its like it knows I want to drive more aggressively so it wakes up. I am also wondering if anyone has experienced a boost code with this box. I checked for codes the other day and noticed I had the boost code but I don't know if I had it before I put the box on or what. I thought these boxes were supposed to do boost fooling? I also have a turbo master boost controller and according to Heath Diesel Power, I have it set on about 32 lbs of boost (that's just a guess of how I have it adjusted as I don't have a boost guage). Is there anyway that I could be setting an overboost code even though the Torque Dog is supposed to be fooling the computer? Sorry, I know that was a bunch of questions and not just one but feel free to comment on any, all or none.

thanks,

My torque dog doesn't have a boost fooler. Mine just hooks into the wiring harness going to the vp44. To have a boost fooler, I believe something has to be plugged into the MAP sensor.

i've had the torque dog on my o1 for about a month and haven't noticed any of what you have said. i drive in a easy manner though due to the clutch not likeing the WOT to much. as for boost, mine goes up to 31 psi and then falls back to a steady 30 at WOT in 6th gear. i don't think you should have problems with your turbo master boost controller. but maybe you could have spiked to 32 psi, just a guess.
