Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Torque for connecting rod bolts

I need the torque specs for the connecting rod bolts for a 1999

Lubricate cap bolts with clean engine oil.



Number stamped on the connecting rod cap and rod must match and be installed on the lubricating oil cooler side of the engine.



Alternately tighten the two capscrews.

Step 1 30NM 22ft lbs

2 60NM 44ft lbs

3 Rotate 60 degrees clockwise.
