not the oem bolts, find a generric torque chart for that size bolt. For '13 it calls for 89 inch pounds
Hey Bob4x4, I look at a Haynes Manual, and it said to torque the fan drive pulley bolts (diesel) to 17ft lbs. You said (not the oem bolts). My dad never took those bolts out that I know, so I would think their oem, but now I'm not sure. I look at a chart for bolt size M6.10X10MM and it was 89 inch lbs or 7.5 ft lbs.

The heads of the bolts tell me they are not oem.The Cummins bolts look unique and are normally a smaller wrench size than standard. The oem bolts take an 8mm tool.In most cases for Cummins the aftermarket manuals are very inaccurate

So the 4 bolts that hold the fan to the clutch, I've read the torque was 15ft lbs to 17ft lbs , does this sound wright?

17ft lbs is correct.

42ft lbs for the nut to fan hub. Have never actually torqued one but figure that might be your next step.

Disc versions are also available from TechAuthority.

Manuals are your best reference and just learn the index and most of the answers are right there.

Now if these all had part numbers that would be great. It's not hard to find the part numbers online for any of this stuff.
