Torque Specs For Front Axle

Can any of you fine folks with the factory service manual take a minute and get me the torque specs for the following parts???

I had planned to get a CD from Geno's in the future and did not anticipate a front end rebuild this quickly. Could pay air freight but with all of you guys on here I figure someone has it right at their fingertips.

Tie Rod End Nut

Hub Bolts

Hub/Axle Nut

Upper Ball Joint Nut

Lower Ball Joint Nut

Brake Caliper Bracket Mount Bolt

Brake Caliper Slide Bolt

Tie Rod End Nut -- 55ft-lb
Hub Bolts -- 149
Hub/Axle Nut -- 132 Beginning Torque, Then Rotate 5 to 10 Times With a Final Torque of 263
Upper Ball Joint Nut -- 70
Lower Ball Joint Nut -- 140-160
Brake Caliper Bracket Mount Bolt -- 130
Brake Caliper Slide Bolt -- 24

These are out of the '03 Manual
