Torque Specs?

Replacing all the intake & exhaust valve springs w/60# and valve guide seals which involves removing the entire rocker lever pedestal assemblies. I am having difficulty finding the torque specs in the FSM for those bolts which hold the pedestal in place. Anyone know what they are?

In my two FSMs ('96 & '97) the torque specs are at the end of the diesel engine chapter 9, specifications.
