Touchy Throttle

On my '03 my throttle is very touchy at low speeds. In 1st and 2nd gear it is tough to accellerate slowly or hold a steady speed. I know that the '03-'04's had a different throttle setup than the later trucks. I have the torque management turned down on my Smarty Jr. Once you get her rolling things are fine but starting out especially without a trailer is tough. Chime in with ideas or experience.

I have the same year and 6 speed, and with my mods, I have a touchy throttle as well... Im learning to deal with it more. . I have my tq mgmt turned off. . lol, so its pretty wild. . But other then that. . I learned I drive it better in sneakers then I do boots, which sounds retarded, but it helps to ease off the clutch more. .
