Tow Ball Help

Hey guy's I am having problems locating the below tow ball its a 2 5/16", 20K, and has a 2"x4" threaded shank. There is a number stamped on it #034545 this ball was screwed into the bed of the truck when I purchased it and I am looking to replace it any help would be greatly appreciated.
