Tow Mirrors: VisioCorp TTT or Dodge OEM #82209293

Current truck has has the gurlie mirrors. Like the flip mirrors, but since i'm decking the truck out with lights, looking to get a set with signal / clearance lights from Visiocorp or from Dodge via part #82209293. Anyone use either? If so, likes / dislikes? Specifically, in order of importance:



1. Vibration

2. How far do they stick out when retracted 100%

3. Same as above, except extended

4. Any other info / advice, etc.

I went ahead and ordered the pwr / heated flip mirrors cause i need something to replace these 'wimp' mirrors asap. Picking up our new TT this weekend, so i went with something i new would look right AND work. Doesn't have the lights, but please do let me know how they work out, with pics. I have a friend i can always sell my used stuff to.

I have read a number of how-to threads here and on other cummins / dodge site's about owners being creative in adding lights to their non-lighted mirrors. I think my first project with this truck is gonna be customizing the OEM flip tow mirrors. Read on another site on how to take the mirror arm apart to fish wires through it.
