are these really mopar mirriors i ask because it looks like there is a whole in the arm but i have never seen a whole in the arm on a dodge truck before just wondering!?!?!

Yes, those are the mopar mirrors, there is also a pair of cipa's just listed in the tdr classifeds at a great price. (no I am not the seller )

Yes, those are correct Mopar ones like Bob said. My OEM manual tow mirrors had that same "feature" in the middle of the arm. It's not a hole. It's an oblong "dent" in the arm with a plastic cover over it. Behind that black-out cover is a hemispherical concave shape that looks like a lamp reflector. My suspicion is that this was supposed to be a amber turn-signal lamp mounted in the mirror arm. For whatever reason, it never made it to production. You'll notice on the 3rd gen towing mirrors, this feature is not there on the arm anymore.
