Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Towing EGT's

Just wondering if my EGT's are correct for my setup while towing. Running 65MPH @ 1875RPM, EGT's are 950-1000 and boost is about 18PSI. Does this sound about right?

sounds about right, if you drop to around 58 mph in 5th gear you'll see the temps drop. Or if you can get it up to around 70 mph and 2000 rpm you'll see the temps drop. I've been seeing the same thing with a similar setup as yours.

A quick heads-up, if you have trailer tires (ST225/80-15) for example they are only rated for 65 mph maximum. I found out the expensive way!!:{

If I get a PDR35 would that help with EGT's while towing.
