Towing with gooseneck

What type of rear suspension aid should I use to maintain rear height of my truck while towing my trailer. I have a 99 3500 and standard springs in the rear. No camper special. Trailer adds 3000 lbs. to rear axle and truck sags about 4" when attatched.

I have Firestone air bags in the rear of my truck. Works well.

Blackcloud, I have thought about air bags as I have used them in the past but with the hitch installed in my truck the brackets would interfere with the air bag mounts. How are yours mounted?
