I have tried to get an answer from the dealer does my truck have a TPMS installed. I change the rear air pressure to fit the use of the truck and I get no warnings.

It does not have TPMS, since it exceeds 10,001 lbs GVWR.

As GS said you won't ,it just reflects whatever you have set the air pressure at . I too was a little confused at first with my 2014 3500 , that I didn't get a warning when lowering my air pressure.
