Is there anyway (other than using Alfa OBD) to force the TPMS system to relearn the sensors?
I changed back to the summer wheels and tires a few weeks ago and my 2019 Laramie 2500 diesel has never found the sensors. Everything was working fine with the winter wheels & snow tires (OEM rims/sensors) before the change over and I know the sensors are good as I can read them with my Autel TPMS tool. Display just shows 4 sets of "--".
If the answer is the only way to do it is to use Alpha OBD along with the security bypass harness, does anyone know if there is a step-by-step procedure (write-up) on how to enter the sensor information or cause it to relearn the sensors?
Just as a side note -- when I changed the tires and wheels (from winter to summer sets) on the wife's 2023 Longhorn 1500 Eco-Diesel (we refer to it as the "Baby-Diesel") it found the sensors almost immediately without doing anything.
Thanks,
Bob
