2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Vacuum pump seal replacement

If it's for the truck in your signature, you need to be on the 24V forum.



Just in case it's for a 12V, it's located on the drivers side of the engine, toward the front, right on the side of the throttle linkage that is right beside the injector pump. Look on the diagram below.

Being a 98. 5 you will find it under the black plastic cover where you see the throttle cable going into. The sad part is you can not buy just the sensor. You must buy it with the complete bell crank assy. Big bucks :(

The sensor is available separately.

The signature said 98. 5... . that would make it a 24 valve,not available separatly. Now we find out it's for his buddys 12 v... . always has been sensor only. :D
