Thanks,

I called cummins about a TPS the other day at the North Atlanta location and I was told they don't make TPS for the Dodge Ram. I will try another location.

I asked Cummins in Las Vegas and didn't have the part number and we couldn't find it. But alot of people on here have given that part number out and said they've used it.

I had trouble with mine on a trip 2 years ago and tried to get one from Cummins in Las Vegas also, they couldn't find the part number. Ended up at a Cummins shop outside Redding,CA on the way home, they were very helpful and ordered me one to pick uip the next morning in Oregon.

Part number 3621094 is correct but Cummins doesn't call it a Throttle Position Sensor, they call it a "Sensor,Throttle" you would think the computer could find it either way but it can't.

They are way cheaper than the Mopar dealer.

Hope this helps,

Caleb

I work in the parts dep. at a truck shop in S. L. C. UTAH. All B&C motors have a potentiometer located just under the throttle pedal. This is the same thing as our t. p. s. on our pump. The part is made aftermarket by BENDIX, who buy's from the manufacturer and then puts their name on it. Although I have yet to try this on our trucks it is identical in every way. the part # on the box is 550391 ET2 ptntmtr and the are new. Any big rig dealer can get them for you. Cost should be around $120 maybe a little less.
