I have yet to figure out how to kill it, but I am in search of what parameters cause it to kick in, and defuel the truck.

I am very much aware, that BD has a box to do away with TQ management.

However, I want to do it myself.

Any of yall know what what signals cause it to engage? like too much boost and too little output shaft speed (drive shaft RPM)??

Or maybe too many RPM @ the crank and too few @ the output??

TQ management only works in first gear right?

I have been told that the BD box turns off the instrument cluster, is this true??

Where all does the box connect?

Thanks guys, and sorry for all the questions.

If I figure this out I will share my findings. :)

Apparently the "Smarty/Catcher" disables torque management when it flashes the ECM..... so it appears doable! Good Luck and keep us posted.
