I have the track bar out and a new set of bushings ready to go in but I can't get the old ones out. Can I heat them? Cut them? What? I don't want to start any of those things without knowing so I don't tear anything up.

thanks

i used a saws-all with a metal blade, then beat out the center metal, then the one that still stayed there i heated with torch and pryed it out with a screwdriver.
