I stumbled onto Lukes Links trackbar rebuild kit. It looks like a bullet-proof rebuild. No cutting or welding neccessary. When mine gets loose, I'll try the kit.

I've had a DT double heim joint track bar kit for awhile now, waiting for the original track bar to get sloppy. So far so good no slop with 30k+ miles. The DT kit was purchased with the intent to move the front axle back 3/8" to the passenger side after the 2 1/2" skyjacker coils and leafs were installed.

As it turned out... you can't notice the offset, and the truck tracks and brakes true and straight.

The Luke's links look good not only for stock track bar rebuilds, but also for the steering link and pittman arm ends.
