Could anyone tell me how much friction modifier to add to a Dana 70 differential? thanks

It's mostly about trial and error. If the diff chatters then add more friction modifier. Each diff is a little different and thus requires more or less of the friction modifier. I would start with one bottle (mopar) and see what happens. If you get some chatter add 1/2 bottle more and see what happens. FYI I had to use two bottles. Good luck. BTW you have the Power-loc diff in the Dana 70.
