I posted a wheel hop issue earlier this month. The consensus was to install Rancho traction bars. I contacted Rancho, and they only handle bars for up to 2500. Since I own a 3500, I am SOL.

I contacted Fabritech, but did not receive any answer.

Please provide any recommendations on traction bars that will fit 3500 4X4 dually 6 speed?

Seems like a lot of these companies are not too familiar w/03's config.

Thanks in advance,

Rancho

BMancin don't feel bad about the Rancho bars, beenthere/donethat and they're a worthless POS. You should have seen the signature I used to have: ". . . Rauncho de Crapo Traction Bars, . . . " I'm not sure how Fabritech's work but don't get the ones that clamp to the axle with a u-bolt because they restrict articulation. You need a pivot at the rear axle. Another place you might call is RCD (Race Car Dynamics). They only list Chevy/Ford stuff but I think they do Dodge too http://www.racecardynamics.com/home.htm

I was hoping the wheel hop was addressed with the 3Gs but guess not. It's not rocket science to engineer something, especially in this age of long, soft leaf spring packs. Too bad Dodge won't get on the ball and do it up right.

Assuming they are available for an '03, 3500 4X4, would BF Goodrich's "Velvet Ride" shackles help eliminate some wheel-hop?
