2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Traction bars

What kind of traction bars are you guys running on your trucks?? I just want a simple traction bar (mounted from the frame to the axle with a single rod). I will be towing moderately and doing some heavy excellerator pedal! I did do a search and it seems that people have had some trouble with some of the ones they have bought and are up in the air about what kind to use.

I have Rob's traction bars and they work pretty well, I never knew the difference that they can make on drivability. I never figured I would ever need them but it has helped my truck a lot as to how it handles on rough roads and in mud and snow with wheel hop. I was worried about binding up my axle with traction bars but when loaded very heavy the bars were still somewhat loose so that tells me that they still allow the normal axle movement throw the entire range of travel of the suspension. I would advise if you have a truck that likes to wheel hop or dance bad on rough road to get a set of traction bars of one brand or another.

I have a set of Rancho traction bars, they work very well at keeping the rearend in check. The ones I used were not specified as fitting the Dodge truck, but I modified them. You probally would not like to go that route, so here is a bolt on set that looks good, and will fit better.
