Newbie needs help--going to buy a CTD

:D Hi guys

My name is Greg Smith and I have just become a new diesel owner. I wanted to tell you guys about the supperior serv. and the above and beyond customer service that I recieved when purchasing my new CTD.

When I first step on the lot to check out the truck I did have feaken clue what the hell I was looking at and new that I probably would not be able to bull ***& my way around. So I figured that I would take a chance and start asking questions to the sells man whos name in Julio at Trail Sport Trucks. Turns out that he speacilizes in selling only CTD's and tricked out Jeeps. So I started bouncing questions off of Julio and to my suprise he was answering my questions with ABSOLUTELY

NO PRESSURE!!!:--) I ended up talking with Julio for about 2 and half hours and not once did he grow tired of my asking questions.

In fact He started telling me about his truck which happened to be a 12v as well. He started telling me how easy and relatively inexpensive it is to BOMB out these trucks. At first I didn't believe him so I thought I would call his bluff and ask him if he would take me for a ride in his truck and see if it was all that it was cracked up to be. So I asked and he did take me for a spin and let me tell you I was grinning like a school girl :D I just could not believe that a Diesel go that fast.

That next morning I took my fiance Lauren down to check out the truck. We both test drove the 96 12v and THANK GOD she fell in love with the truck as well. I ended up comming back to Trail Sport 3 more times asking questions and just talking with Julio about the truck and his opions. About 4 days after the initial test drive I bought the truck and it was the most pleasant and easy expierance I have ever gone through.

So I bought the truck and 7 days later the trans starts to stick in 3rd gear. I called Julio and told him what was going on and he very calmly told me that he had a friend named Bob that workes at a Dodge dealership. He said that he was the one who did all the work on his truck and was very knowledgeable about this trucks and to have him check it out to see what was wrong. I went and talked to Bob who picked up my truck and took it down to the dealership to check it out. He called me back and told me that the selinoids needed replacing and the whole vacume system needed to be replaced and few other things that needed to be done. So I asked the obvious question "How much?" he told me that Julio was picking up the tab. So I did not have to pay for a thing it was all taking care of. Thats what I call Standing behind you customer. I just wanted to take the time to say THANK YOU to Julio at TRAIL SPORT for treating me like a VIP. just in case you guys ever want to buy a clean CTD and be treated RIGHT call Julio at Trail Sport 909-825-2818... ... .
