Federal Signal makes a clear lightbar for offroading/etc.

Are you asking about the lightbar that claims to be 1,000,000 candle power and enclosed in clear parallelagram housing? I think there were made in the Santa Ana, Ca area. The only place that I have seen any address is in the back of Off Raod magazines, but not in the latest.

They're nice and I wanted one real bad for my K-5 Blazer about 10years ago. Then the guys that had them after a couple of years started seeing them fog up on the inside with moisture and once they fogged up, they never seemed to dry out. Some owners have said that the lamps put off too much heat and warp the housing just enough to break the seal and let moisture in.



I went 4 wheelin' with one of my friends that had one that was fogged. That night he flipped the switch on and it looked like a giant soft white light bulb sitting on top of his truck with all that moisture that had gotten in it. He was po'd and advised me to spend my $500 on something else.



I have seen no less than 30 trucks with these and only about 2 or 3 didn't have any moisture in it. Most of these were seen at the 4 Wheel Jambos.



I went with the Dick Cepek light bar and Eagle Eye lights, but they still didn't look as good as the Trailblazer System.
