Attention: TDR Forum Junkies Just wondering if any of u have run across a problem like this before. See the signature for the Ram Details (it is RWAL equipped). My controller is a Tekonsha 2030 Mark 12.
I brought the truck used... and I have never used the controller before... so all of this is new to me.

Couple nights ago I went out to fire up the truck, and the brake lights were on... (engine and key off) Pulled the trailer relay in the PDC and nothing happened. Pulled the 40 amp trailer fuse. . and the lights went off. Also... the hazards would not work. . just stay on...
One more thing-- I could energize the controller... and it made all my dash warning lamps come on (like a routine start). . somewhat dim (would not do this with key on)
Ok... keys on (doesnt matter if engine is dead or running)... (fuse is back in) Brake lights still on... this time the hazards work. But both the hazards and the right turn signal flash the LED on the controller. ????? Now Im really confused. . The left turn does NOT flash the LED.
With the 40 amp fuse pulled... I am able to drive normally... (brake lights work normally, turn and hazards do too. . except the LED flashes on the controller) Another note... even with the 40 amp fuse pulled... when I step on the brakes. . the LED lights up. . (like it normally should I gather--- its always done it. .#ad

Any thoughts, experiences, facts, I said so's

... on what this might be? Controller unit itself fried? (if so. . good reason to upgrade to the Sentinel. .#ad
