I wanted to update the topic "trailer Brakes Beware"
I just wanted to give Dexter Axle Co. a post to support their customer service/warranty claims Dept.
I faxed a detailed list of parts needed to repair the brake problem due to the faulty return springs on 96/97 axles.
The response for Craig @ Dexter Axle was we will send you (4) complete brakes assemblies instead of the loose parts to help
expedite your time to correct the problem.
Now that is a perfect example of the customer being #1 and
not be ignored once a defect is found.
Dexter gets a big thumbs up from me
