I was browsing Southwest Wheel's website and ran across this handy product. I've never seen it sold anywhere but where I bought mine.
I have one that I bought from a transporter's truck outfitter in Elkhart, IN five years ago. I think I paid less than $30 for it at the time but inflation, currency devaluation, etc. have made everything more expensive.
It is a very handy product for quickly checking the seven pin connector, wiring, fuses, etc. on your truck. A tiny red light glows to show each circuit is powered as it should be.
If you plug in a trailer and have no trailer brakes or a light out it only takes a minute to plug this device into your seven pin female to determine if the problem is in your tow vehicle or trailer.
Installed a new seven pin harness in your truck bed for your gooseneck or fifthwheel? This device will allow you to verify your work very quickly.
I've carried mine in the driver's door pocket and used it 100 times over the five years I've owned it.
Standard disclaimer applies.
