2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission trailer wiring

I have 1996 Dodge 4x4 were is the electric brake provision wirning harness under the dash located, and what color is the plug.

The pigtail is located behind the mass of wires(connectors) on the firewall/inside cab on driver's side. Mine is a light blue wire with a tag that reads trailer tow, 15 Amp. max.
