Trans. adjustment?

I have another question for you guy's. I posted the "no overdrive issue" for my boss, now he want's to know how to adjust the band's in his "91 W-250, 4x4". This is a different truck, different issue, so if you guy's have any more great info like the last time, I would greatly appreciate it. I think he just need's to join the TDR!!! Bye the way he said that the trans. is really starting to get "mushy", could the torque converter be worn, bands, or both? Thank's again guy's!!

A mushy converter is just the norm and with wear and more power it justs gets worse. Adjusting the bands really doe sno good unless there are obvious slipping or flaring problems and generally by then there are other problems to contend with. Happy reading and turkey Day.
