Attention: TDR Forum Junkies Thanks in advance !!
Im sure this has been covered before and hope not to waste your time but im not to PC savie and didnt know how to search for the info!! need to know how to adjust the bands Im going to change the filter and fluid hopefully this after noon and was reading here some where that adjusting the bands was a good idea while doing the filter and fluid, also is syn fluid a good idea and why what benifits ? longer change periods or just better performace?

figured out the search stuff and looks like from the old posts that adjustment is not nessary unless the trans is slipping
and due to the lack of oppion or info on the fluid question ill just put the syn fluid in and forget it
