Trans choice ???????

I am considering a 203 or 2004 new CTD 4X4... My kids are into Sno Cross racing, and we currently pull a 4 place enclosed aluminum trailer to the races. Truck / Trailer and 4 sleds is 13,100 lbs. If the kids continue racing a new 42 or 44 ft Gooseneck trailer with a lounge in the front is in consideration. The trailer has a max gvw of 15,000, I would guess about 12-13,000 lbs the way I would use it. First, I think if we decide on the bigger trailer, I may want a Dually 4X4, and second, I HATE shifting, but will a Auto hold up to this weight,,Maybe the 48RE????????

I don't know what the new auto is going to be like but worst case scenario is have the trans bombed and your better than ever.
