Attention: TDR Forum Junkies a few years ago i tranplanted an nv4500 into my 91. 5 250 that started life as an auto. at the the time there wasnt much info on doing this but with a back ground in mechanical,fabrication,and machining i figured it out. what i did was build my own tansmission transfer case couplingand my own trans bracket. since then i have noticed sevral people on here interested in the same swap wanting information. my question is if there was a coupling that would work with the 29 spline trans output shaft and the 21 spline input on the t case and a prefabed trans mount would anyone be interested or would they rather change the shaft on the t case?any feed back would be great ly appreciated thanks.
