Trans-Cool Manual Transmission Coolers

Can anyone rate or provide information on how well the Trans-Cool manual transmission coolers, Geno's Garage sells for the G56 six speed, work?
I would like specifics on temperature difference (before and after) installation.
Do they cool it or just prolong the temperature? On a pull? On the down hill side? Highway speed?

I would go with them... somewhat similar to FAST Coolers I had on my former 02 Ram 3500. They let you overfill a bit to keep that front bearing lubed on steep climbs and have more lube capacity.

Did the Fast coolers actually work or prolong the temp in the trans? I am looking at doing this with the Trans-cool or
if I could find a donor pickup with an auto, use an electric pump and put on all the stock trans cooler, lines, fittings and hoses to make it look factory.

I beleive they did work...same concept as the aluminum rearend pumpkins. The only drawback was in Maryland when temps were in the teens, took a bit longer to warm up, but still shifted OK.
