Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) trans electronic errors

I get an occasional speed sensor error which results in transmission not shifting usually on colder days. Problem is intermittent. Took unit back to transmission shop where 47 r was rebuilt and they were able to duplicate condition which showed speed sensor exhibiting speed when truck was not moving on diagnostic. Took it to dodge dealer in slc and he says mic module and cad module are bad to the tune of 1200 green ones. Anyone know what these are I can not find them in my service book. thanks :--)

I will give him a call , dealer says that diagnostic plug indicates mic which is instrument console is bad and cad or cab is 1 one the three sections which make up the computer. History of truck is it was a ebay flood salvage I already replaced all of this with new pieces previous and have used it for 65,000 miles since so my quess is there is a short related to rust or resistance is in connector. Replacing modules would proably not fix it. I told dodge to leave it alone.
