I just changed transmission fluid and have about 14 qts setting here.

Is there any advantage to adding it to the fuel several qts. at a time?

i have a 60 gal fuel tank.

Probably not a good idea. Used diesel engine oil is generally okay up to about 5% but modern transmission fluid has a lot of stuff in it that you wouldn't want going through your fuel system.

Just say "no". Not a good idea, especially with the VP-44. I wouldn't put anything in the tank except for #2 and fuel additives designed for diesel.

I would use it to flush your engine out just before you change your oil. I add a quart 1 hour before changing my oil. I heard it was good for engine sludge and coked turbo lines, but I honestly couldn't tell you if does any good or not.
