96 2500 w/ auto, while crusing tach needle bounces, sometimes goes to "0" at same time trans shifts or t. c. unlocks or both and engine reves. This will fade in & out then heal itself for awhile. Then it may be fine for a few miles then it returns. Dealer is lost to find the problem. I'm thinking this may be a grounding problem ? if so where would I start to look? Any other ideas?
