Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Trans power loss and spinning noise

My truck has 146,000 on the 47RE trans. I have lost power and hear a spinning noise, even when engine is shut off with the truck in park there is a spinning noise that spins down?

Listen near the turbo,it will continue to spin after engine shut down

This noise is under the truck and very loud, souds like metal to metal contact.

The trans should not be spinning after shut down... ..... Get a mechanics stethoscope and have some one else turn it off while you listen
