trans problem

In the morning, cold, at an idle, moving, the trans seems to lock up.
The truck won't stall, but you have to stand on the brake to keep from
moving. Must be all that power. I shift into neutral and back to drive
or reverse and its OK after that.
Could it be the TC lock up switch or solenoid ?
Truck has 165,000, fluid clean and just changed.
Did it before the fluid change.
Also I had the dipstick wear threw the pan.

If you have the RE68 there is a thread on here about bad anti drain back valves in the filters. Seems that the Tq converter will drain out and cause all kinds of issues.
