To attach the 47rh to a 93 you must use a second gen trans spacer / adapter plate.

The 4 spd auto doesn't have enough gears for a low rpm Cummins. It will always be in the wrong gear up hill or down.

I am also not in favor of a high rpm governor spring kit. They will create more problems than they cure.
