My transmission started at times not shifting past 4th gear at times, and other times it would eventually shift to 5th and stay or eventually shift into 6th. Other times it would shift OK. No CEL, no codes I could read with my scanner. Took to dealer and they found stored codes 0933 and 0868, but couldn't duplicate any driving problems. They replaced the line pressure sensor part 4799758AD.

I have since driven it home and 3 round trips to the campground we regularly stay at, about 700 miles and numerous short trips from 1 to 12 miles running around and everything is now working fine.

Glad to hear that fixed you up!

Actually, the P0933 fault is often caused by the Line Pressure (LP) sensor simply not being plugged in all the way. If the connector is not fully seated and latched, it can basically make the TCM see the LP as 85-90 psi all the time (even when the engine is off!). This can then lead to the P0868 (Line Pressure Low) fault (when Desired LP is, say, 120 psi but the "actual" LP reading is still showing 85-90 psi).

Of course, a bad LP sensor can also cause these faults. The published diagnostic procedure for the P0933 fault directs techs to disconnect and re-connect the LP sensor, to check for the flaky connection (before replacing the sensor).

My Edge was showing a low line pressure code, I forget the number. I had the transmission fluid and filters changed at ~57,500 miles. ~1,500 miles since with no codes.

Actually this had been an on going problem, it started in Indiana in June. The dealer there wouldn't even work on it. Through contacts I have made over the years through TDR, we did some trouble shooting on it and in the process I had checked the connections on the wiring to the sending unit. The filters have been changed twice however I am about due again.
