This is even easier.
I got this from someone else on the TDR. Just before leaving for Colorado & picking up new camper I installed an Auto Meter trans temp guage. There are 3 1/8" NPT plugs in the rear passenger side of the trans. Took out the rear-most plug and screwed the probe in. Maybe 2 min. job. The time conusming part was routing the wire up to the firewall. Maybe 10 min. I velcroed the guage to the column cover along w/ the egt guage. Works great and responds quickly.
