For several years now, I've been browsing various Ram truck forums, to share some knowledge about transmissions with those who are interested. But after more than 39 years working for Chrysler and its various successors, TransEngineer has retired!

Since I plan to do some traveling (including areas where I'll have no internet access), I won't be able to check the forums daily, as I've been doing up until now. I do plan to still check in occasionally, but I wanted to give you all a heads up that it may be days (or weeks) before I can respond to a post or PM. So my apologies in advance for when I appear to be ignoring you! May God bless you and your family in 2018!

Congratulations!!! Enjoy your retirement!!!

Let me know if you come to my corner of the world in your travels!!!

Congrats sir! May your days ahead of you be bright and many. You've been a huge asset to the forum.

Congratulations! Thank you for all of your insight and help throughout the years. You have provided a tremendous service to all of us In the forums. Enjoy your well-deserved free time and, like others have said "stay active"![emoji111]️

Welcome to the retirement club. Your knowledge I am sure has helped many in this world and hopefully will continue to some extent.

Dave

Thanks for all your help and insight. Its been quite educating to read some of your posts. I hope you enjoy and long, healthy and FUN retirement! God bless you as well!

Mike

Even though the majority of your posts did not apply to my application, I've enjoyed reading every single one. They've been accurate, direct to the point and simple to follow.

Enjoy your well deserved retirement.

It would still be nice to hear from you, once in a while, whether it's transmission related or not.

All the best.

Congratulations and thank you for your service to us and to a great American brand. You've carried us to the next great turning point, as Chrysler and many others move back to the US with the hope of rebuilding American manufacturing. I'm sure it's not been easy at many points along the way, but you've picked a great time to pass the torch.

Your credibility and expertise have meant that your contribution here has been truly unique - one of a kind. I cannot think of a member with more of either. And on a topic which has been such as issue over the years! Someday we all hope to disappear to a place with little or no internet!

Greg

Thanks for all your help. Reliable info is generally in short supply on the internet and what you've taught us has been priceless. Enjoy every day. None of us knows how many we have left.

Congrats on your retirement!!
I’ve been retired for about a year now from the dealer tech side after 40 years

Enjoy your travels. Don't forget to take some tools if driving. :-laf

Congratulations on your retirement. I've been retired now for almost 9 years and enjoying it after 40 years at Caterpillar designing big boy toys. We now get to travel and enjoy our grand kids taking them with us when we travel. Enjoy your travels and your retirement.

Congratulations on your 39 years. You beat me by 3, but if I hadn't had to fly to LA every week I would still be doing it. I have had a blast since then and I'm busier than ever. Enjoy your time traveling and if you make it out here where the weather is always great look me up.

Congrats and many happy trails wherever retirement and the radiator leads you.
If ever in Phoenix, give me a shout. I owe ya, at least, a beverage for all the indirect help.
