I noticed today that the rubber boot around the output shaft of the transfer case has cracked circumferentially all the way around. There is a small amount of oil coating the extension housing, not enough to drip just make a film. And on the U joint directly after the transfer case there appears to be grease in the joint and it has slung the grease on the fuel tank and exhaust, this isn't very bad but I wanted to know if I need to replace a seal or anything. What do you all think, does everybody have this? Thanks, Jay

Anything with a slight weep that doesn't drip on the ground isn't really considered at leak. Just weeping. If it drips on the ground or always slings everywhere and making a mess, then you have a leak.
