Transfer case problem!

I have a 2013 Ram 5500 that I use for transporting. I recently roled 105,000 miles and needed four wheel drive at a job site I was delivering to when I shifted into 4WD and started to move the truck it started this grinding noise it sounds like a chain slipping on a sprocket. Has anyone else had this problem? Any ideas or advice would be appreciated. Thanks
