Transfer case question

What is the difference between the New Venture Gear and New Process Gear transfer case? Every place I look online it's New Venture but yet the transfer cases I have seen all say (have compaired three) New Process Gear on the tag. There is a New Venture web site but I can't find a New Process site. Are they the same company? The model numbers are the same. If anyone knows what the deal is please let me know, nothing urgent, just curious.

Mark, don't quote me on this, but I believe that New Venture is the new name for New Process. I'm fairly sure it's the same company.
