Transfer case seal leaking

I was wondering if any of you have had an issue with the rear transfer case seal? I am on my second one and like the last one, leaks a small amount. Can an unbalanced drive shaft cause the issue? Or?

This is on my 2007 CTD Mega Cab 4x4.

Yes, or, the bushing in the extension housing is wore out.

Make sure the t-case is not over full. How often do you change the fluid?

Just had the t-case serviced and the seal and dust cover replaced. New seal started leaking and so is the replacement. I guess my next step is to have the driveshaft looked at?

The DS is a possibility as is the t-case extension housing bushing.
