Transfer case swap

I have a 2001 2500 with the NV5600 6 spd manual and the transfer case came apart. I found one locally out of the same truck but was out of an automatic. How much of a job is it to change whatever needs to be changed to use the new transfer case?

Not to bad, basic wrenching is involved. Done that several times during my Jeep heyday.

EDIT: or at least further info. The transfer case in my truck is a 241 DLD behind the 6 spd manual. It literally exploded into pieces going down the road. I believe there was an undetected crack in the case and just finally went. I have sourced another 241 DLD, same year, but it was behind an automatic transmission. My question is would it be relatively easy to swap the input shaft? And what else would I need to change/replace.

Yes it is easy as said. That is straight forward wrenching with basic hand tools.
