transfer case torque ratings?

what are the torque ratings for a NP205 - NV241HD - 271?

(or 1st, 2nd and 3rd gens)

i've owned one of each and the 271 in the wifes ride is SUPER slick shifting, just wonder if it's at the expense of strength

I do not know about the 205 but the 271 and 273 are much stronger than the 241 and 243. I have also noticed how smooth it shifts. Here is a link with the specs. http://www.newventuregear.com/tcases.html

if i remember correctly the 205 was rated at approx 900-1000 INPUT torque ... i don't know if the new ratings are in the same manner but ...



well at least i don't have to worry about the 271
